Jay:Yea…you know me, I dig my heels in everything and explore all avenues.
Alex:Ha, true! Have you found it?
Jay:Well, for a while I invested in crypto-currencies. That gave everyone returns beyond their wildest dreams, but not so much these days.
Alex:Oh, sorry to hear that! So what do you do these days?
Jay:I am the superintendent for a big building downtown. I live on the premises, so at least I don’t pay rent.
Alex:So you kill two birds with one stone…
Jay:Something like that. Not making me rich for now but…
Alex:Come on! You’re doing great! I know one day you will find that idea. And when you do, you will raise to the occasion!
Jay:Thanks for the trust!
Alex:Always! Nice seeing you!
Jay:You too! Good bye now!
Alex:Take care!
