Monica:How did the board meeting go on Thursday?
Blaine:I had an emergency at home, so I wasn’t there, but I went through the meeting recording last night.
Monica:Oh, I didn’t know the recording was ready.
Blaine:It’s still in the raw version. There was a good ten minutes of fuss before Marianne called the meeting to order.
Monica:That’s right, but the good thing is you can now skip through it in the recording.
Blaine:Yes, I skipped through a roll-call and other admin questions until the members actually got down to business.
Monica:So, what did they put on the table for the night?
Blaine:Well, there were only a few financial aspects to discuss, so Kevin had the floor for the most of the evening.
Monica:I see. Was there anything else I missed? I think the board planned to make a motion for the new Treasurer to be appointed.
Blaine:Uh, let me think. Oh, yes, they did. Jonathan was appointed for the next fiscal year.
Monica:Ok, thank you, Blaine for filling me in. I still think I am going to review the recording to get back on track with the budget.
Blaine:No problem, Monica. I’ll see you later.
