Alex: | Hi Sandra! |
Sandra: | Hi Alex! How are you? |
Alex: | Not so good, I’ve recently quit my job for this other one and, I have to say, it was a mistake! |
Sandra: | How come? |
Alex: | Well, this company promised me a sales position that I thought I deserved with the 20 years experience in sales that I have under my belt. |
Sandra: | And? What happened? |
Alex: | Turns out they just wanted me to be a wolf in sheep’s clothing and actually kind of scam people into some financial schemes. |
Sandra: | Who, you? I know you as someone who would give the shirt off her back to anyone. |
Alex: | Well, not sure about that, but I am certainly one who can put myself in other people’s shoes and I just can’t do this job… |
Sandra: | I totally understand. Well, I am sure you still have an ace up your sleeve and can turn this around. |
Alex: | I hope so. I will definitely quit this job and try to find something else to do. I’ve learned my lesson. |
