| Jay: | Let’s keep it as it is. Only time will tell if we’ll need more space. I think we’ll be fine for now. |
| Alex: | All right then. It’s high about time I get firm answers; I have been waiting for that for days now! |
| Jay: | You should have asked me. |
| Alex: | Yes, I guess I should have. |
| Jay: | Well, hope to see the drawing by the end of the day? Time is of the essence! |
