Week 4 – Job interview

That’s not a secret that any job interview is the best chance for you to make a favorable impression. Your appearance and ability to handle yourself during the interview will leave a lasting impression and play a vital role in the interviewer’s decision-making process. Interviewers also assess a candidate’s personality to determine if she/he  would be a good fit for the organization.

Learning outcomes

By the end of the week, you are expected to know the following about the interviewing process:

  • what employers expect
  • how to reply to behavioural questions
  • interview do’s and don’ts
  • how to follow-up
