Attend a virtual class about writing formal emails

According to Email Statistics Report, 2013-2017 by The Radicati Group, Inc., over 100 billion emails are created per day. Email prevails over other forms of communication in the business space. This tendency is expected to continue, and business emails will account for over 132 billion emails sent and received per day by the end of 2017.

It is no surprise that almost any workplace requires employees to have the skills in order to communicate in written form. In this workshop, we will review key elements of formal email.
