| Mom: | Hi Alex! Good to see you! |
| Alex: | Hello Mom! |
| Mom: | Hey, the election is around the corner, have you decided who you’re going to vote for? |
| Alex: | No, I could not care less who wins. In fact, I think we could all use less politics in our life! |
| Mom: | True, but remember last election? Some people who didn’t vote wished they could turn back time and do things differently. |
| Alex: | Ah, yes, because many voted for that politician who lied to them and did nothing for them. |
| Mom: | Yes, apparently, he could sell ice to Eskimos but kept no promises. |
| Alex: | Don’t they all? |
| Mom: | Yeah, to some extend yes, but still, we need to do our homework and know what they stand for and vote! |
| Alex: | I guess you are right. Maybe I will vote after all. Thanks. I got to get back to the library. |
| Mom: | Great. Well, glad you could stop by! |
| Alex: | Me too. Bye Mom! |
| Mom: | Bye! |
