Alex: | Hello, Eric! |
Eric: | How is your social studies project coming along? You were conducting some sort of survey, weren’t you? |
Alex: | Well, sort of…I was looking into how the same products appeal to urban populations versus rural ones. |
Eric: | Aha, so did you manage to prove why there are “different strokes for different folks”? |
Alex: | Ha! Not sure I did….I think I went about it the wrong way. I might have compared apples to oranges. |
Eric: | What do you mean? |
Alex: | I mean I’m not sure the methodology we used is good enough. The findings make no difference scientifically. If only I could find a better method, it could be a whole new ball game… |
Eric: | Sorry, this seems to trouble you…anything I can do to make you see things in a different light? There must be another side of the coin… |
Alex: | You just did! You gave me an idea…different side of the …yes, that’s it! Thanks, Eric! |
Eric: | I did? |
Alex: | See you! Thanks again! |
Eric: | Well, glad I could help….see you around! |
